Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustment is a technique used by chiropractors in order to  alleviate pain and restore proper nervous system function. The goal of the chiropractic adjustment is to improve joint mobility in the spine and other joints, which might cause pain and interfere with normal body function.

Physical Rehabilitation

"Rehab" is the way we communicate to your muscles and joints long-term. These therapeutic activities and exercises are designed to retrain your body to function while in pain, and set the stage for long-lasting pain relief and management. We will work with you to determine where your problem areas are and develop targeted strategies to improve individual muscle strength and overall joint function.
Manual Therapies that Improve You

Manual Therapies that Improve You

  • Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy is a technique that involves applying pressure, tension, or vibration to the soft tissues of the body to relieve pain, reduce stress and tension, and promote relaxation and well-being. We offer massages ranging from a relaxing gentle touch to aggressive deep tissue, depending on your preference and need.

  • Therapeutic Ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves to treat a variety of conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, pain, inflammation, and tissue repair. The sound waves cause vibrations in the tissues, which can help to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, break up scar tissue, and promote tissue healing.

  • Electrical Stimulation uses electrical impulses to activate nerves, muscles, or other tissues in the body. It can be delivered through electrodes placed on the skin, or through implanted devices that provide stimulation directly to the affected area. Electrical stimulation can be used for a variety of purposes, such as pain relief, muscle strengthening and nerve regeneration.

  • Spinal Traction/Decompression is a technique that uses a motorized traction device to gently and consistently stretch the spine. This takes the pressure off of the spinal discs and joints, and may cause a bulging or herniated disc to retract and relieve your symptoms.
